What I learned

I hope that once I am able to find a professional who can either teach me, or direct me to the right sources, I will be able to sell silicone Claddagh rings. Once I have a business up and running, then I will be able to sculpt other ring designs as well. Wedding rings are a huge part of our culture, and I personally know how difficult it is to sacrifice something so symbolically important for practicality.

            I learned a great deal about 3D design, ring design, 3d printers and silicone molds. I know I still have a lot to learn, but I know where to begin looking for my answers. The one thing I am still lacking is a mentor. Until I find one, I plan to continue experimenting with silicone.
